Approach

Life throws us all some challenging experiences and sometimes, despite effort and personal resource, struggles can persist. You can become stuck - in mood, life stage, circumstance, direction, patterns of relationships or behaviours - and these difficulties might start to feel too hard to sort through on your own. Or perhaps you are finding that many areas of your life are going well, however, there may be a particular aspect which you would like some assistance with.

Whatever the reason, it is important to make time to take care of yourself. Anna will work with you on your goals, and if you want, can help you move from awareness and understanding, to figuring out the 'how' of making change, so that you can be closer to being the person you want to be, and doing the things that are important to you.

“Gosh – being heard by a kind soul was wonderful. Talking all about myself was a great release, as I never like to do that to anyone else, but it is helpful. Thank you Anna, so very much.”

— Female, late forties.
